Refund/Return policy

  1. Carved Cake Design does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold, due to the perishable nature of our products. Unless the reason for return, exchange and/or refund is the result of an error in our production or handling of goods. We are not responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners as a result of, but not limited to, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism, safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or mistake on the part of our partner's employees. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. However, if you believe something was mishandled with your package, please let us know and we will gladly file a claim with our delivery partner on your behalf.
